Postwhoring.

I absolutely hate it when people do postwhore. I've talked to Kellie and she agrees. It's very frustrating to read through some of the things that have been posted prior to today. There's no rhyme or reason to some of it. Posts with only smilies and one or two words are NOT acceptable.

I am seriously thinking about going through and deleting some of the things we consider to be spam. I'm also seriously thinking about instituting a strike system, three and you're banned for X amount of days. It's not fair to me, it's not fair to Kellie and it's not fair to other members reading through it.

This is a NIGHTWISH forum. Not a general talk about life forum, if that's what you're interested in I can give you links to places that'll happily take you in.

Of course we understand you're gonna go off topic a bit, everyone does but dont post that you are spamming. If you realise your spamming dont do it. And please dont open a new thread for absolutely everything. I'm sure it already fits into the many you already have.

On the songs theres some post just smilies or 'I'm spamming'. Theres so much discussion you could have about the song, the lyrics, the meaning, your favourite part of an epic like Ghost Love Score.

Postwhoring just annoys everyone else. These forums are A LOT more relaxed than the Offical ones so try and enjoy that and make some discussion. Your post count doesn't matter really does it? Whats the point of having 10000 if they are all smilies.
