How popular in Nightwish in your country?

Rock Cafe the place where they gave a gig last year was full of people. So I guess Nightwish is quite popular, here in Estonia

Very popular They are becoming huge here and metal isn't big!

They are not that big over here, they got to number 25 in the charts with DPP but still most people who you come across haven't heard of them. Very few people know who they are.

Not many people I talk to have heard of them, which is surprising 'cos I think they are rather big here...

They're one of the most famous metal band in Brazil. The most famous is Iron Maiden.

But you won't hear their music in radio stations..

Well They Are Very Popular On The Metal Scence Lots Of Brits Like Them Several Exetremly Obssesed.

I only know a handfull of people here in Texas that have heard of them.
The venue they played last November in San Antonio was really small and I thought that was great because I could almost touch them. The one they are coming to in Austin next year is a bit bigger, so maybe their popularity is growing 'round here.

(yes, I know you asked about the country, but Texas is big. It was at one time it's own country. And I don't know about anywhere else here in the US so I can't speak for anything but Texas)

They are very popular nowadays. One of my work colleagues even mentioned them the other day

Fairly, they sell out in some venues.
I'd be quite surprised if I came across somebody who had never heard of them, it's quite common for people to have heard of them but not have heard their music.
Funny enough though I don't know any music stores that sold their latest but Tarja's MWS was literally everywhere.

Almost everyone in Greece who listen to rock or metal know Nightwish,especialy after Once's release which went gold.
