The Islander

I wasn't very keen on this song before and when I heard it was to be the next single, I couldn't understand why they had chosen it. That all changed when I heard it live though, I now think it's a brilliant track and it was one of the best performances of the night.

Yeah i agree, it was a great performance live and i also think it makes an excellent single. It's not always a bad thing to have mostly male vocals in a FM band, especially when you consider whose vocals they are, Marco is a fantastic singer and he deserves the limelight every now and then. The music is also very good on this song, different then most which makes it stand out more IMO.

Yeah I agree. I questioned it at first because, for me, the track didn't particularly stand out on the album so I couldn't understand why it was chosen as a single. It took till I heard it live to realise the potential the track has.

I agree with all the comments made so far about this track. I wasn't overkeen when I first heard it but now I listen to it differently. It was a brilliant performance at the concert.

First time I heard it I thought someone had swapped the cd without me noticing... But I think it's a good song, and it was very good live.

It's a great song but why did they choose it for a single?

I didn't like the song at frist but over time it grew on me. While I felt Anette ruined the song at the end I still like it very much.
