The Siren

I have to be in the mood for this song. I like it and don't have anything against it but I need to be in a certain mood to listen to it. Does that seem weird or are other people like that?

I never thought much of this song, until i heard it live. Now i think it's good, not their best by any means but still a damn good song. Anette did a bloody good job of it too

Like the song a lot but as opposed to Caz thought Tarja did a better job of it! Like Marco's vocal though. Interestingly he says this is his favourite Nightwish song.

This is my all time favourite Nightwish song. I could listen to it all day every day and never get fed up of it. Marco's vocals again are fantastic and if I am completely honest, it is this track that made me a Marco fan! And, if you like walking and listening to Nightwish at the same time, then this is the best track to walk to! Trust me, I have walked for miles and miles to it!!

I like it, and I objec to all the people who said that Anette sounded like a drunken truck driver singing it, I think she did it well. I'm quite sure this song is about Tarja as in one interview someone asked Tuomas where the inspiration for this song came from and he said 'Well we do have a siren in the band' Which is a bit mean calling her a siren... Although you never know, he could be referring to one of the men... But I doubt it.

I have to admit that this song has really grown on me. I think it's one of the bests. Definitely in my top 5 Love it. Vocals are amazing. And I love the music especially at the beginning.

This is one of the most amazing songs from Nightwish. I haven't heard Anette sing it, so I can't judge it, but this is the song that made me truly fall in love with Tarja's and Marco's voices.

I love the song. The fact that is was based on greek mythology put it higher up on my list. Tarja's voice was like a haunting echo and Marco was also good on the song.
